Click on Grant Application button below and choose choose SAVE when prompted

Grant Application Word Document

You must save your file with the following naming pattern.

(School Initials + First Initial + Last Name + Last 4 Digits of your SS#)

Example:  BESJDoe7531.doc

For those submitting two proposals, add an A & B to the end of the file name.

Example: BESJDoe7531A.doc & BESJDoe7531B.doc

Using this pattern will ensure that we have no duplicate file names.

When you have completed your application, use the link to “Upload Completed Grant Application” to complete the process.

Edit the MS Word document that was downloaded above and complete it. Make sure you comply with all the rules listed on the Grants Guidelines page. A copy of the guidelines can be downloaded using the button below.

Return to this page and click the apply and upload button below.

Apply & Upload

You will be asked for basic information about your grant and asked to upload your grant proposal/s. If submitting two grant proposals, each must be uploaded separately.

Once you submit your application and upload your document, you will see a list of applicants with your name. This is your confirmation that you have successfully submitted your grant proposal.
